Swimming Pool

Q: Heard Sobha is planning to construct the swimming pool at the podium in the open area between Ruby and Platinum becos of which there will be no privacy. Earlier the plan was to make it inside the clubhouse. I dont know whether anybody will use the pool or is it just for namesake Sobha is provising us the swimming pool.

You have a good point. The privacy of swimming pool is more important I have seen in many appartments its made for the sake of making it to add value to ammenitied and at the end of the day its not used much I think a good builder like Shobha will not change plans and wil stick to the basic needs of an Ammenity
