Electricity Sub Station Additional Cost

I have contacted BESCOM. Now rule has come up as Sobha Claims. This is a design issue. They have not included the cost of substation in their initial design. The total electricity load is pre calculated and then only application to EB is made. Now as they were sanctioning it they have raised this issue. Hence this is clearly in Sobhas hand to pay that out.. There are a lot of things changed from design
1. Clubhouse seperate bok is not there now
2. Location of [pool changed
3.No tennis court as they claimed initially. No refund was proposed and made from Sobha hence this design change aslso has to be incorporated by them inhouse. They should not pass it to owners..
