Sale agreement details

Q: I'll appreciate if there is anyone who has asked for any changes in the agreement proposed by Concorde, shares their modifications requested.
I'll be specifically interested in the following points
1. That the Club membership cannot be transferred to the new owner in case of resale.
2. The maintenance charges of 50p/sqft/month is "high"

We have already checked with this modificaton but nothink will be changed i think we can discuss later once the association has formed.
