Q:Hi,I am interested in buying a plot at the mist valley. When I was researching, I got an extremely varied/mixed versions coming from the Concorde customers. Some claim that the plots are not authentic and Concorde had showcased fake documents and that Concorde is troubling the customers without refunding the payement. The other side was where in I saw extremely favourable reviews, although claims are being made that the reviews are theatred and not actual customer reviews. I understand that you can counter these claims by saying that these were written by your competitors.I feel the best way for me to get a fair picture is, you send the contact information (even mail address would do) of the customers that received their registration documents from Phase 1 so that I can get in touch with them to have a better feel for the projects.Let me know if this is possible.Regards,Harish

I have bought two plots in 2011 , initially there was a delay from concorde abt the registration and they kept saying some lies as they had some loan. but got it registered after 2 months. I dont have any loan.
Got the khata and paid the property tax . the project is a bit delayed but so far no other issues.

This should have more clarity where it should be specified as :-once the common amenities are transferred and mist valley owners association is formed. 4 Compound wall and fencing is not mentioned anywhere in the sale deed. 5 Who owns the Infrastructure and Common area:- if it is owned by Mist valley owners association.. there is nothing mentioned as undivided share of these infrastructure, common area and amenities. 6 Legal rights of the infrastructure and a

Q:I'll appreciate if there is anyone who has asked for any changes in the agreement proposed by Concorde, shares their modifications requested.
I'll be specifically interested in the following points
1. That the Club membership cannot be transferred to the new owner in case of resale.
2. The maintenance charges of 50p/sqft/month is "high"
