Q: Well The reason given to me for the delay was raw materials to which I replied that u r launching new projects every 2 months .. pls excuse me with that reason. Now we will have to do something about it as our plans our gone for a toss.

I had purchased a flat in Fairfield B in August 2009, I was promised possession by December 2009. The entire payment has been taken in December 2009 and the building is not yet ready (even today). I am taking legal action against Lodha. If anyone is interested in joining hands please mail me at venkat.j.srinivasan@gmail.com and we can make it a class action. I already have about 20 other buyers who have joined me in this case.

Shri - I totally agree. Collective pressure building is the only way to get promises delivered with these guys as they generally do not have great reputation on deliverable front..Premal Ved (Westagegate C)

Hi, I am ower of the flat in westgate C. They are saying that it is on schedule and possesion will be given by dec 11. Is it right.. anybody has any clue abt it..If possion for fairfield is getting delayed then am sure the possesion for us will also be delayed..
