Hi, during one of the property survey that I did for my research, I visited Paras Tierea to know the status of the project and was quite happy to know that possession letters of the tower are already sent to the investors and that the local transportation is quite functional & new restaurants coming in the commercial tower right next to Tierea, making the location very prime.

I had enquired about booking aflat 2 days back. The period still stands at 2 yrs. From when does this 2 yrs period comes in effect. Any inputs on the reutation of builders and chances of timely completion??

As per the Terms and conditions they will take 24 months plus 6 months additional.

have you executed the buyers agreement or not.
