Q: This is in regards to a builder floor which I have bought in suncity which is built on 160 yards.I have purchased it on General power of attorney from the first allottee.I want to inquire about the registration policy for the concerned floor.I believe that you must be aware that in suncity the Omaxe 160 yards floors are also being sold but on transfer basis however the transfer for suncity is not open.So my concern is that if in future the 160 yards floors gets clearance from the Haryana Government for registration, then would I need the first allottee for any formalities.My concern is that if in case the first allottee is not present at that point in time then whats the other way around it to get the property registered.Please let me know about the procedure that would be followed or any document that you might be requiring once the transfer or the registry for these floors open.It'll be really helpful if I could get the right information.
