According to my idea, all the banks have approved the project. You can ask home loan from HDFC, ICICI and Axis. I guess you will get 80% home loan for sure.
Yes. normally DLF comes up with luxury projects,and this is one of the luxury project, they are quoting Rs. 15500 per sq ft. Additionally you have to pay EDC and parking charges!
