I am booking a flat in block A. While doing the legal verification, it was pointed out by my lawyer is that the "Sanctioned" plan is for 116 flats and builder is now making more then 120 flats. Any view on this deviation. Any body has wnquired the consequences?
i am booking a flat in the 6th floor of blockA. Can anybody please share whether they have sanctioned plan for the same? I will be checking with the lawyer, but prior to that if somebody has already booked it there, would appreciate their feedback.
Yes, this is correct. Builder said he can take 10% deviation and do this. He has planned the structure and all as per the 128 flats and he will use sakrama akarma scheme to get this new flats validated.
