HI Tarun, Mapsko builder is a sound builder. I think location of Mapsko casabella is a descent place to live. Investment wise and for your living, in all aspects Mapsko casabella is good. I too recently booked a 3BHK flat(1430 sq feet) in resale. I did a lot of analysis in market and finally I make up my descison to purcahse Mapsko casabella. if you want I can give you the dealer number through which I booked a flat.
