As per my knowledge One time payment plan is not available. It's better to approach to builder. Recently builder launched the payment plan.As per that At the time of Booking-10% Of TSP, Within 30 days of Booking- 10% Of TSP , Within 45 days of Booking- 75% of TSP +100% PLC, At the time of Possession- 5% of TSP+ Registration Charge+Stamp Duty & Any other charges.

hello jugal... the promotors are vouching for doubling your investment in another years time..ie by the time the project is ready for possession....but im sceptical of that ..but u sure can expect that in say another 5 +years time after the SEZ are functional and the proposed metro gets functional.
