I have been staying here for almost a year now and there are some serious issues in ideal developers (promoter's) commitment. They keep giving false promises on project completion. Current status is none of the amenities like pool, community house, parking are there.

Hi Vinod, 2 days back i visited the project and am planning to buy a flat. Though i also have a concern that why in last 2 years no amenities-swimming pool, club house,zym etc were created. Also still no OC.
So i am in doubt ..should i trust the builder that they are going to file for OC in 1st week of Jan'1 and in next 2-3 month it should be getting oC and then they will construct amenities because as per rule one can not construct club house only after they can get OC. Can you please suggest if one should buy it or no.

PL DONT BUY THIS APPARTMENT, THESE PEOPLE WILL ABSOLUTELY HARASS YOU IN FUTURE FOR POSSESSION SPECIALLY GIRIDHAR. ABSOLUTE "NO" FOR CARNATION, DONT BUY THIS PROPERTY AT ALL
