Hello Janu, as per my knowledge there is no such water scarcity as they have water bodies as well as a well maintained swimming pool... let us know about the query in detail for us to clear it.

If you have been to the property in person you had have noticed that there are no signs of swimming pool...infact no amenities work has been started which is a major concern for all people who have bought a flat there
