Polluted environment from industries

Q: People were commenting that Classic elmud layout near(500 meter) the chamapakadhama layout si affected by smell from some polluted industry. Any one have idea whether chamapakadhama layout also is affected by the same.

Hi, I am planning to take a plot in Classic Elmwood. Can someone please share any of your experiences. Is this a good buy? Is water and air safe ( not polluted from the factory nearby)? What is the appreciation for these plots?

Hello, I have booked my 3400 sft east facing cornor site in classic elmwood at 110 sft price..I found this layout a great investment as well a great place to plan a villa after 2-3 year, this is the best developed layout in this area..full of trees and greenery..situated at main highvay, full of all luxury amenities, with proper wide roads..classic developers has great reputation in market because of their last projects..moreover new town is just 7 km from this place where Asia's biggest mall is coming ..classic elmwood is nearer to E city and bannerghatta road so u have the access of both the directions..luxury internation schools are in 1-2 km area..this area is best for planning a bunglow of your choice or a luxury villa which is not far from city too..i am happy after done my registration

Even i had a look at this place. I am native of Bangalore. I would go for a piece of land that too in a gated community as i can construct the way i want plus gardening and pets. Actually i went to have a look at hirnandani and DLF apartments and what i found that this is about 15 mins from that place. May be i will consider. Mr Praveen, Vijay and Ganesh, can i have your feedback about the layout. Regarding appreciation of this area, this area has road access to banerghatta, jigani,begur, electronic city. There is also bannerghatta park, a permanent greenary.

Rs 1350/ sq ft.nego. Mr Ganesh are work going on here. For rate it is better u contact the builder.

no there is no such problem in champakadhama. Infact i have been there several times and also spoke to people staying around the layout.
