I heard that the project will have 25,000 Sf t of amenities area, so what all amenities they are going to offer.

Yes, there will be two phases in this project. Phase I will be spread over 4 acres of land with 280 units and Phase II will be spared over 2.5 acres of land with 150 units. Phase I will have 2 blocks, 5 wings and G+14 floors structure.

The project is located off Bannerghatta Road, near to Meenakshi Mall. The project offers two types of 3 bedrooms apartments. 3bhk+2 T with area ranging from 1400 sqft to 1500 sqft and 3 bhk +3T with area ranging from 1650 sqft to 2100 sqft. The price of 3 bhk unit starts from Rs 70 lakhs on wards.

South Park is a pre launch project and the pre launch price going on is Rs 4999. The project is going to offer 2,3, and 4 bhk apartments & Duplex Sky Villas. The area of the property in this project ranges from 1200 sqft to 5000 sqft.

The project is expected to get completed by June 2019 + 6 months grace period. The project is expected to get approval from BBMP and all the leading banks.
