Q: When the project will start?? How to get assurance that the customers will get this on time?? This is worrying now...

Well, this looks to be a good investment. The only worrying part is builder's proven credibility. He has done few project and completed the same on time but such mega project, they are doing first time.

Can you tell me if this is good investment. I talked to some broker regarding this and he told me that the construction has already started. Is this correct? When is the expected completion?
