Variants are available from 1300 sqft (super built-up area), and 1745 sqft in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.4400 per sqft. A 2 BHK in 1300 sqft will cost you Rs.57.20 lakh onward. Stamp duty and registration charges extra. As per developer, it expected possession date is December'2010.
RERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is HRERA-62 OF 2017. As far as local body is concerned, its a HUDA approved project asd almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis, HDFC, DHFL, ICICI, IIFL, Indiabulls, PNB etc have approved for home loan.
