Modified SBA

Q: Hello, i have done agreement recently 3BHK, after the agreement they modified the size of the flat, extended up to 180 sqft, i don't know what is the reason, and also coming morethen 5 lk, what compensation from builder side, i am awaiting to know the about construction stage, any body can explain, when can expect finish this project, there r many question on line, what is the reply from builder side,

Mr Raj, these guys are frauds. They have changed the plan thrice with each time adding balcony space only to take more money from us. I hope you have ensured that your contract had safety clauses for claiming damages against them in the event of inordinate delay. You can rest assured there will be delays just like all their previous projects which are facing cancellations and court cases in Bangalore.

i have been called yesterday Mr,Rahul as a Business Dev Manger at Alliance orchid, he told me about the CMDA approvel number will be send mail and also the great construction launch at 27th august at site, and the rest also same above queries with me, pls contact 95000 52355.

Does anyone know if they got the approval in hand from CMDA, they have been telling they have the approval but no hard copy yet, also they have changed most of the floor plans (increased the total sq.ft but not the carpet area) which means that they get more money for the same living area they offered before. I am not getting proper response from Malini (Customer rep) and Krishna Kumar (AGM-Sales) for any of queries I am raising, does anyone has similar experience?
