here is my number 9999016454, you can call me in case you need any information/dealer number. Actually I booked my flat through a invester and I think he is genuine guy. In this case dealer brokrage can also be saved.

Hi Vineet, Did u finally booked the flat at Casabella. If yes then what the base price at which you booked. We r also interested in booking the flat over there but different dealers are giving diff rates

HI Vineet, Mapsko builder is a sound builder. I think location of Mapsko casabella is a descent place to live. Investment wise and for your living, in all aspects Mapsko casabella is good. I too recently booked a 3BHK flat(1430 sq feet) in resale. I did a lot of analysis in market and finally I make up my descison to purcahse Mapsko casabella. if you want I can give you the dealer number through which I booked a flat
