Q: Any one who has the contact no's of the landlord for Krishvi Gavakshi????, coz whatever flat we have liked seems to be in the landlords share as per the builder. Wonder if it is truly the landlords share or it is the builders gimmick to hold the good flats till the end.REPLY REQUEST ON TOP PRIORITY.

HI , I booked a flat in Krishvi Gavakshi, D block unit 742 which also falls under land owners share.Could anyone tell me whether VAT and Service tax is applicable when you purchage from LandOwner. As per the builder , it is not applicable .

Thnks Mr NEeraj for ur valuable information. Could u pls let me know on basis of the agreement if the No. 1 n No. 16 in A block are under d landlord's name or under the builders name? Do also let me know for No. 76 in the D Block. Wud appreciate if u could let me knwo ur mobile no. on my id ladu_no1@yahoo.com so that i could clarify few of my other doubts too, at ur convenient time.

No..Krishvi has shared a Sharing agreement which mentions which flats are under landlord and which are under them. Even my unit falls under Landlord's share and i have signed an agreement with Landlord with Krishvi playing a builder role.
