Hi Shital, if you are looking at investment point of view then it is a good option to buy a property in this locality, as you can expect good appreciation value in future. Since you are planning to buy a flat here what is your specification, are you interested in 2 BHK or 3 BHK. You may also consult the owners staying in the flat and collect more relevant details pertaining to the project.
