Q: Dear Friend,
Pls, think twice before you invest your hard earned money in Alpine project. Am a owner of Alpine flat in Alpine Eco. If you don't believe come and have a look at Alpine Eco Apartment complex. It's in pathetic condition look like a general hospital. from last four years people are suffering. Still many people have not got their flat registered. Two court case is pending. Landowner owns some 30 to 40% flat they are not paying maintenance charge. Alpine has not completed most of common amenity or if completed is of very very poor quality. Every time we face backup generator issue. Lift break down issue. old people need to clime up to 9th floor. people are suffering like any thing after paying 30 to 40 lacs.
Alpine is very unprofessional in handling customer query/relation/issue/addressing problem /Communication very unethical also they collected huge Service and VAT tax but never gave a receipt for this
Hi, I am Maryjuliana, I am so elated with the services provided by the Alpine Builders for my apartment in Alpine Eco, since I am here from past 3 years and I havent faced any problem such. The Clubhouse is so well designed .If you are planning it to take up then you are at a right place. Its actually affordable and comfortable.
i am sunil living in alpine Eco i am shifting to USA very shortly i want to sell my apartment but when i got in this forum and saw your baseless comments it is obstructing my sale i don't understand what enmity you have with the builders whatever it is talk to them and get it resolved but don't spoil the name of the project guys i have been staying in the project for a long time i have no issues to such a extend which could be discussed in a platform like this .
ALPINE ECO IS A FINE PLACE. ALPINE ECO in my opinion is fine. The amenities are good. It is a great location with easy access to all the necessities. And is also close to the ITPL. Read a lot of issues about the quality of the project as of now, here I want to emphasize this project has been handed over a couple of years back, so the maintainance rests with the association, not with the builder. Therefore the queries/grouse regarding the maintainance has to be addressed to the association. Blaming the developer for this is just not right.
