Great News Guys

I was at site yesterday and you can finally see some activity on site. They have started building boundary walls. and they have also filled the entire site with sand which is used for ground levaling. Asked the engineer who was at site and he told me that work contract has been given to Chawla Techno Construction who is also building casa bella and full fledged construction will start in December.

thanx for that manuj,hope we get it by diwali the agreement paper .i paid 30% now .3rd payment should have been wen company give agreememnt.but demand came b4.its worrying time for all whose problems have gone bigger wen bank loan ny even being approved.i am one of them.hope we all had good news!

i was at mapsko yesterday and as per latest update HUDA sector road coming from Dwarka expressway side has changed its alignment and because of that 15 meters area of mapsko paradise will now come in sector road. because of that they are building new plan and most probably Tower A will either be shifted or all the towers in three bedroom will move towards right. As per my investigation there is nothing much to worry about and this is common in land deals. As my Uncle told me who work with HUDA. So i believe construction will only start by december when they will have new plans ready and approved.

i called and been told omebody will call me back.
and no body did.waited whole day.
its matter to be chased up.anybody got better response?its sept now .mapsko said b4 construction delay due to some designs approval now they saying rgd monsoons.but other builders are working in monsoon ?then why we cannt break coconut and do puja and go ahead wiv our new home contruction.have u contacted them?
