Price of DSR Rainbow

Q: Hi,
Anybody have booked the flat on DSR Rainbow? I am planning to buy a flat in DSR Rainbow. They are quoting 3500/sft and they are saying negotiable. Can you please let me know what price you have booked (if anybody already booked)?

did you guys book it ..they are still quoting 3500, if you havent booked any reasons for the same .. i am planning to check it .
