allotment letter

Q: I've paid my 3rd installment for MAPSKO PARADISE and will collect my allotment letter by this week. Agreement will follow. Does anyone have paid the 3rd installment?

Dear All.
Mapsko paradise project (Gurgaon, sec -83) is on hold. The Group is making us fool . Every time they are postpoing the alotment date by another 2-3 months. Lets decide our next course of actions like meeting the MD or take some kind of legal assurance from them. Otherwise they will simply keep fooling us. Lets get together and put pressure on them.

Hi all , iwas told mapsko that , i should write a letter saying that my 3rd instt. will be thr. bank. Mapsko will inform us regarding the banker name etc. so waiting for that. no allotment letter received/

i too got allotment letter same day i gave in 3rd cheque.it was released at very same time.nt sure wen agreement bb will be???

Hi all, Please note that as per the law a Builder has no right to ask for the 3'rd Instalment before Home Loan approval. If he does so then he can be challanged in court. Mapsko is not ready to send the Demand letter over mail due to this reasom only. If Mapsko asks for 3'rd installment then it is illegal...

hi guys...I called up mapsko after reading here about 3rd installment...the letters are being couriered thru "overnite express" but I didnt receive mine either ...Monica mentioned that 3rd installment can be paid thru bank loan..so waiting for that..and hopeful that mapsko ppl will be more professional and we will get the right info at the right time.

it can be complicated wen applying for home loan??
i guess wait for allotment and agreement.
nobody demanded 3rd instalment and no e mail or letter came to us yet?
has any body got any comment on that??

Hi Saibal, Sunita and all,
I didnt get why they are asking for 3rd installement when it has been mentioned that it will be doen at the time of agreement.
Since some of the buyers will be applying for home laon also.. and loan will not get approved unless and until builder buyer agreement,allotment letter and approved map is not provided to the concerned bank.

Can anyone else also give theirthoughts to it.....

And I would like to know what possession date they are promising to put on agreement.

Well, I've paid my 3rd installment and am told that I can collect my allotment letter anytime this week.Agreement will follow as soon as the check gets cleared.Construction has also commenced
