Reason for many resale flats in Mahaveer seasons

Q: Can any one please tell me why there are many flats for resale inspite of new construction? Is the quality of the construction ok? are there any loopholes in the project? please advice if we can buy a flat in mahaveer seasons.

I think Rehman could not get his brokerage that's why he sounds upset from Mahaveer Seasons. I get regular queries. Its a great place to have in a peaceful location and very well maintained. You can know it when you step into the apartment complex. The access road has no problems and It is very well in HSR layout. No hiding.. anyone could go and see for themselves. Thanks

Nivali,
The Reason is simple End Location of Somasundara Palya, narrow approach road,bad stench of the Garbage Factory and Poor quality of Building. At present the rate is around Rs.2600-2800/sq.ft for resale, but you will find lots of sellers asking Rs.3500 and above as if it is in Proper HSR Layout, No wonder they are selling their flats since years!
