Me and my friend have recently booked a flat in royale and we have not faced any legal issues. The sales guy helped us with the bank loan and other procedures too. I did not have the trouble of doing the bank follow ups. And only after seeing the construction and work happening i hav booked the apartment.

Its wrong statement that not worth purchasing this property... i have checked the documents , there is no problem yes it is a JV . i agree with you that the project is delay for some time. i don't know when you have visited last time. if you see the work progress already 2 tower has come up i.e. tower 1 by 4 floor and tower 2 by 7 floor with all block work and plastering inside and outside. tower 4 work also stated. You should have check with a employee of mantri not a worker. i have checked the documents and bought the flat. lot of development in and around of the project.

i hv recently booked a 3BHK & i hv visited d place . there is no dispute between builder and land owner. already tower 1 and 2 have come up and internal finishing work is going on. one can easily see the same.
