Alcove 1.5 BHK flat

Q: I have booked a 1.5 BHK flat in ALcove Phase II last year , but still builder is not doing the registration , kindly help me , has other booked flat in phase II , been registered ?

The builder is fraud. The entire floor constructed by him in Warje-Hill View Residency is illegal as per PMC and he did not issue completion certificate for the same. we will have to pay 3 times the property tax and also to make it legal, need to pay 5% of total cost of the flat to PMC as per current rate. We have filed RTI and will file case against him once the RTI info is available

has the problem solved or still having registration issue pls let me know, if any other issue with the builder pls let me know ,can i go ahead for resale purchase
