Q: i am interested to purchase a flat in Atul Alcove. Are properties still available here in Atul Alcove? my requirement is 1.5 BHK

Hello Vatsa,

Came to know that all major banks like HDFC, ICICI and SBI have approved for loans. Looks like it is a good buy to book a property here as the locality is fast developing with many education institutes, medical centers, shopping malls and bus stops coming up within a radius of 3 kms from the site.

I am planning to book a flat here for investment sake and would like to know which banks offer loan facilities??. Will there be an appreciation in 2 to 3 years time? Is it the right place to invest in this project. Need your suggestion??

Hi Krish,

Atul Alcove is located in Pimple Saudagar on Pimpri Chichwad Road. The project is approved by PMC and builder offer splendid amenities such as RWH, Recreation Facilities, 24 hrs power back up, club house with multipurpose gym, 24 hrs security with intercom and much more. The possession will around Dec 2014.

Can anybody tell me where the project is coming up and are the projects approved by the builder. What about the amenities offered by the builder and when will be the possession date??

Hey Shantanu,

Called up the builder and he said that properties are still available. The area for 1.5 BHK is 740 sqft and as off now the construction is being put on hold and said that it will commence shortly.
