How is Shanders

Never ever buy a flat or property from Shanders group. Few of the facts and experiances about Shanders:
They never complete any project ontime
* Altavista - Delayed by 3 years still 70% of inventory is not sold due to bad quality, contstruction materials, china/ taiwan makes, and incomplete work, No water, Bad management,deviations and violations
* Springdale - Delayed by 2.5 Years and poor construction materials, no ventilation, bad building plan, no safety, violations
* Dwellington - Construction is on.. and on.. on... only whitewash done at outdoor.. still civil work happening inside. refurbished building materials used.. again low quality materials..
Arrogant and irresponsible management - Esp the CEO of the company.. He don't respect any customer and acts like king of the entire universe. He uses abusive words to the customers and threaten customers for genuine requests.

Overall , Shanders is a bad builder and no good reason to buy or invest in their property!!
