Shanders Spring dale is also delayed by 2 years. whoever is booked for the project has suffered a lot due to this unexpected delay which the Shander group can't justify. In general they lack professionalism and not able to manage time.

It's true in other projects also.. Altavista & Dwelington .. My friends booked in Altavista and after 4 years now only the painting and civil work is going on... still some approval is pending... failed in not meeting the fire safety norms.. all the materials used inside the house are low quality and junks imported from taiwan.. the building is constructed on the lake stream and god only will save the residents.. The owner / CEO of Sahnders is a cartoon personality with kiddish attitude towards the customers.. stay away from Shanders builders... and their CEO !!

Raj....you are telling is absolutely correct. I am victim for the same. I also booked an flat in AltaVista but till now they didn't handover the flat to us. Now i am paying both Rent and EMI from the past 1 and 1/2 year. Whenever we ask for Compensation then these bloody people will tell we will refund the same money whatever the Sqt Ft price we purchased the flat. Now most of the employees are also resigning from Shanders group. Recently Fire and Safety inspection also failed and now they started drilling all the flats for installing Water sprinklers....such a pathetic situation i didn't faced in my life.... So its my advice please think twice before you go.....

Myfriend booked an apartment in Altavista 2 years ago. Almost 1.5 years delay from commited delivery time! Regarding their after sales service, extremely poor, not available most of the time and insensitivie too !!!. When you check with them on delay compensation as per agreement, they intimidate you by saying we are ready to refund your money. he is considering legal action...Good he saved me, I didn't go through such an agony

Yeah you are right Swathi..I also visited the site through a common friend to find out the property in White field area and visited the Spring dale project.. The rooms are dark and not at all visible ..u need to depend on the electricity (your life span in years*365*24 hours) to see any light in the house..the balcony are useless..they are covered from all sides...You feel suffocated inside the house..Also there is no swiming pool.

Never buy on Spring dale ..It is not at all a good project...
