Delay in BBMP Approval for Oceanus Vista

Q: BBMP approval process for Oceanus Vista is getting delayed. Initailly it was June 2010. Then it moved to October 2010 and now its January 2011. I assume that anybody who has booked a flat in Oceanus Vista will be concerned about this delay.

I would like all the people who's booked a flat in Oceanus vista to join this group and lets get together to get things moving fast.

The latest info I got from Executive is that they have got most of the approvals and waiting for the final one & the work will be started by Jan end, for sure...

I have also booked a flat in Oceanus vista. Please keep me also in the loop if you get any updates regardig approval. I visited Oceanus office last week and they told the project approval is in final phase and will get approved by Jan 2011. However I dont want to believe these guys as they had been committing similar dates before also.

Great to see many responses. We didnt go to Oceanus Office on 11/12/2010 since not many people were available.

i am concered abt this project all together.. pls share any updates that you may have from your meeting on 11/12/2010. next time i would join you. They are just taking us for a ride it seems.. ppl are saying this is a common trick of builders.

I have also booked apartment in OCenaus Vista . I had been to the Office around Dec 1st week asking the delay and they promised that by Jan they woul dbe starting the work. Let me know if you are all planning to visit the office at BTM again so that I can also join. Please keep me updated on any progress.

Thanks for your response.. I would request that all of us get together at Oceanus Office at BTM this coming saturday (11/12/2010). We can meet the management and discuss our concerns as well as check the current progress.

I would propose that we meet there by 11AM. Let me know if all of you are convenient with this time. Else, you can propose any other convenient time.
