Current Status of Oceanus Vista Project
Q: Hi All,
Since long there were no mails to group and last email only talked about delay in BBMP approvals so thought of posting the current status of this project for benefit of all.
Thought project had initial delay for BBMP approvals but later Project work started in Jan/Feb -2012 and currently 7/8 slabs are done. Masonry work started with lower floors. So Work Seems to be going in full swing.
Hope it will complete in time and with good quality.
Oceanus Vista Phase II is expected to start very soon, Final Approvals are awaited.

Combined Vista Phase-I and Phase-II will make this a big and attractive project.

we are planing to buy a property in Vista. The marketing person is stating that another month from now, they will launch Vista and nearly every flat is sold. Any suggestions/ views?

Latest Answer: Hi Shreya, Oceanus is a reputed Kerala based builder and they have entered Bangalore real estate market through monarda and vista.. my suggestion would be, you can get a remarkable discount in pricing of around 5 lakh from the market price..

Meeting Oceanus management in January first week
Q: Hi,

4 of us from this forum went and met Mr. Srinivas mid December. He told that he would be able to show some progress on the Vista project in January and also told that we can come and meet him again on January 8, 2011.
Do let us know who is willing to come to Oceanus office?

Delay in BBMP Approval for Oceanus Vista
Q: BBMP approval process for Oceanus Vista is getting delayed. Initailly it was June 2010. Then it moved to October 2010 and now its January 2011. I assume that anybody who has booked a flat in Oceanus Vista will be concerned about this delay.

I would like all the people who's booked a flat in Oceanus vista to join this group and lets get together to get things moving fast.
