Legal Sanctions

Q: I have booked flat in Aarohi project on 8th floor. The builder Mr. Prashant Gaikwad has reported that the sanctions are taking longer than they calculated. And the project will take longer than committed time. Now he is not ready to commit and is ready to return the money. I wish to know if this is true or he is wanting to sell off the flat for higher rates to others?

Hello Mr. John, I have taken out my name from the project. There were biccups while the place was being build. dont know if they still exist. One of the key reasons i moved out was because the plan was changed after sanction wherein - Bathroom was shifted to Living room, reducing living room size and also i doubt the builder will complete all the amenities and facilities mentioned. Try contacting ITWAP owners they can give you clear status update.

Dear Ameya,
I am interested to purchase the flat in Aarohi,but i came to know that there are some issues beteeen society & builder for the same work has been stopped/slow down.may i know is there any possibilites to settle down the issues.further i came to know that lot of suppliers payment also not cleared by builder .is there possibilities addl any legal action in future against builder for which we may suffer ?

HI Aditya, thanks for your reply. We have cancelled our booking from Aarohi when builder told us that the sanctions will be infinitely delayed and no guarantees on the project completion time. Also we have doubts if the builder will complete all the amenities and facilities mentioned in the MOU, condering the attitude he had with the project. It was great location and i would have loved to have my house there. Thanks anyways and all the best for your new home. :) Cheers - Ameya Inamdar

Hi Ameya,

The sanction till 12 floor is already arrived and builder has started construction at site. Even he also started registering 5th floor and above unit holder. But still we are not sure we will get possession.
