Q: Just let me know when we will be getting the possession in pearl court,As per my knowledge month of possession is in month of march 2011

Still same status? The project manager as usual says 'bas 3 mahine me aap aa jaoge'.. am sick of hearing this from the last 1 year!

Hi, I went to site on March 17, 2012, I dont see any chance of possession in next 3 months. In any case Ramprastha will not be able to complete the project before Nov 2012. dont rely on the Ramprastha any more, they are simply cheaters.

In any case they will not be able to give possesion before Dec 2011. add 2-3 months for livable conditions. Ramprstha builder dont bothered about your money and time.

The latest dates they given for possession is march 2011, which was a reasonable date as they gave it last yr., but progress is become a put off for the project, it may go up to aug. or sept.. i believe since there is no penalty clause, builders is not bother about finishing it on time.

went to pearl court today and asked them for the month of possession and they have said in October for living purpose but will take more for common areas (club house)

Mar 2011 is impossible.. You would be lucky if you get it by Aug 2011 looking at the slow progress.. Its hard to even walk in the pearl court campus if you go there these days..

I always see 200+ workers working there and wonder why the progress is still so slow.
