Possession date of the project

Q: Does anyone know the exact date that persons would be getting possession of their flats at Pearl Court? I have a flat there and they told me that it will only take another 2 months. Could anyone confirm this? Does anyone have current photos of the project?

Saw possession has been given for 3 blocks. I am in D so apparently they are delaying it. Despite that there are 4 families already living there. No news of possession as well as registration. Does everyhting work on a last moment basis.. does anyone know?

Hi...I have flat in Pearl Court and i have booked it in 2005 and till today i didnt get any confirm date of possession of my flat. These people are thieves...dont book flat in this society. they are are making fool of us.

Hi Amit & Sankalp, do not take decision without confirming the news. Check personally and then do booking.. Delay is common issue with most of the builders but long delay is difficult to bear.

That happened due to reasons like slowdown. But now I hope they will not charge extra for existing buyers. All the costs have increased and this has paved way for price hike.

I did'nt directly speak to anyone there because I am currently out of India . One of my family members go on my behalf . Thats why I was asking you :) I was hoping that you would have more info because I don't know much . All I know is that they told me they would be giving possession by september / october and they are also charging persons extra fees for continuing to keep their flats otherwise they are refunding persons their payments and starting the sale on new higher prices than initially booked at !!!
