thanks for your kind reply. my budeget is only 4000 to 5000 and it does not fit my budget.i gave second thought because my wife is pregnant 7th month so i thought i will go for 3 bedroom .any way thanks for replying me as i have said before if its ok let me know 5500 rent and 10000 advance i will come in person and talk out more details. once again thanks for reply

Hi Rajesh,

The flat is semi-furnished with 5 fans and lights with full woodwork done in all bedrooms and modular kitcen. So negotiation is possible but not that much. Contact number is 9618236942.
