Price details and builder feedback

Q: What are the expected rentals for a 2 bhk flat? Are all the approvals from the municipality in order? I have heard that the quality of construction of the projects of this builder is not very good. As I am planning to purchase a flat in the Arcadia project will anyone be able to throw some light on the same? Also the price offered is 1700/sq ft, is it all right? Thanks.

Expected rental there is 5000 for 2 BHK and 6500 for 3 BHK. But be aware that lot of flats are awaiting rental and you might not get a tenant immediately after possession. Also be aware of some comments in this forum, which might be misleading and posted by the builder itself to trap prospective buyers

Hey Alwal is a very calm and peaceful locality. And well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

As far as I know Janapriya apartments are of good quality and give long life and are affordable... There are so many projects from past few decades from Janapriya.
