they have a good structure for the building with RCC walls, flooring with Vitrified tiles of Johnson or other reputed company, main door has teak wood, internal doors are flush type door shutters with non teak frame, windows are powder coated openable aluminum frame. The building has 6 passenger lifts. Power backup is there for corridor lighting and elevators also.

They include 2 bhks and 3 bhks. 2 bhk with area of 925 sq. ft - 1200 sq. ft. 3 bhk has area of 1250 sq. ft - 1460 sq. ft. The price is 1945 per sq. ft for both 2 bhk and 3 bhk.
oh yeah?? a decent project i think no?. they have good amenities at very reasonable price then. They've got a swimming pool included in the project. other facilities include the children's park, indoor and outdoor games facilities, amphitheatre, healthcare centre, 24 hours security, gymnasium, community banquet hall, intercom, cable tv connection, etc, etc, etc...
