Interested in buying flat

Q: I am interested to buy flat in Vivek Marvel Apartment. Wanted to get some feedback. Is it adviseable to buy here?

Riya is right. I recently visited site. Till now, no amenities are ready and they are constructing a separate building for amenities . Looking at progression of construction, its seems they will give amenities by Feb-2013. Still swimming pool is not started constructing. Some pros are apartment seems very specious and good ventilation and they give at cheaper rate. Some Cons are sanitary fittings and flooring are of poor quality.

By the way, how much is the maintenance is being charged per SQFT ? There must be some association created by now. Don't they handle such issues. Also there is one more blocking being started in Jan-13. If they keep bad reputation, no one will even book in new block.

There are several problems here
corridors are always dirty its not at all cleaned though they come to take the maintaince evry month.
Builder Mr N bhupathi is the biggest cheater in bangalore when you meet him he will talk to you very camly he will commit you to give many things but once you do the payment his real color is seen. he s chamelion he changes his color according to the situtaion.
he says there is 24hrs back up but actually it is not.consturction is pathetic.i m staying from last few months only and the cracks are seen on walls from now.
they will ask you to pay for everything but you will get nothing.in the end its the flat owners who are crying thinking y did they bought the flat here.
the worst thing abot vivek marvel is that there is the bar cum wine shop in the entrance that creates hell lot of problem to the ppl living there. you cannot go out alone in the nite time as the drunkers are roaming all over the road.

Dont ever think to buy the flat here.buy only if u have extra money.because watever builder has specified in the briochure in the ammenities list even 1% of it is not provided.all of them are the biggest cheaters here

Hello Riya,

There is another property coming up for same builder near Marathalli and I have already booked a flat over there. After reading your comment, am very much skeptical about booking this property. Anyways I need some more info related to Marvel project, it would be really great if you can help me out in this regard.
1) Did you get Occupancy, Completion Certificates and NOC after completion of project
2) I heard 90% of loan was disbursed by LICHF i.e. 90% of flat owner opted for LIC. Is this true
3) Has any other back affiliated this project
4) Recently Bhupathi was telling that his Marvel project was appoved bySBI as well. Is this true

The project which I have booked, don't have any amenities as such you have in Marvel project and locality wise its very good place to stay. Hence we are going with this property , however If you can assist me in getting above 4 points clarified then probably I can get some confidence in this builder.
