Q: Hi, We bought a 2 BHK Apt (1065 sq. ft.) a year ago in Yelahanka. The total value was 42 lakh approx. We made a down payment of 12 lakh, and took 30 lakh as home loan from HDFC Bank for a tenure of 30 years. We want to sell the property now due to some personal problems. However, we are worried how to go about it. We are not in plans of buying other property for now. Will we be under loss is we sell our apt? How do we go about this...Please advise.
