A complaint against the illegal construction being carried out by M/s. NCC Urban Limited was brought to your kind notice.
A residential project by name Nagarjuna Meadows is taking shape in sy no. 82 at Puttenahalli Village, Yelahanka Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk. A plan sanction was obtained from BDA on 21/01/2008. Smt.Leela and Smt. Bharathi have entered into a joint development agreement with M/s. NCC Urban Limited.
Subsequently, Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited issued NOC in favour of M/s. Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited in sy no. 82 and 82/2 at the said village on 18-10-2006.Similarly the Director General of Police, Home guards, Fire service
