A plan sanction was obtained from BDA on 21/01/2008. Smt.Leela and Smt. Bharathi have entered into a joint development agreement with M/s. NCC Urban Limited. Subsequently, Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited issued NOC in favour of M/s.
