Want to buy at SRR Wimbledon

Q: Hi i am interested in buying a plot at SRR Wimbledon ASAP. But i hear the project is not approved by Govt.yet. If so, what are the chances of project getting approved and is it safe to buy now ? I guess for now, no bank loans too? Kindly any one can advice me ....I'm a genuine buyer ...

I myself booked at 1200/sqft. current update of SRR wimbledon is that the all the govt related approvals have be done. Since this is Joint dev project, SRR has to take the salable land possession into their names ie. GPA registrations... out of 42acres, 34acres have completed, but still 8 acre land GPA is pending and soon the proj will be launched... can contact me at 8805075099.

1000rs per sq ft with no approvals and GOD knows when this will be delivered. They charge now around 2000rs which is unfair seeing the current status it will take another 3 yrs form now to deliver, if that happens

Hi. I visited the site today. It seems there are four partners as land developer and everybody selling their stake. In net sometimes it is showing SRR Wimbledon, sometines Mohitha Wimbledon. How reliable is this project?

Hi Guys, I booked a plot in this project with some security from landlords. Do you guys know of any updates on the BDA Approval front. The developers keep saying BDA approval is 1 month away always. It is like saying tomorrow everyday but that tomorrow never becomes today.

I am very interested in booking plot in SRR Wimbledon, but I am bit skeptical on credibility of SRR Company. Has anyone ever dealt with SRR Group in their previous projects? How old this company is? Has they successfully launched any other projects? if yes, how is the quality of those projects? And the customer satisfaction?

Gents,
Myself and one of my friend booked plot in SRR wimbledon about 10 months back. SRR promised that BDA approval will take about 6 month time, but we are still waiting for BDA approval.
The registration can be done after getting BDA approval. I guess it will still take 2-3 months (atleast that's what i heard from SRR management :( .

Hi Sukendar, As far as i know BDA has not approved this project. Also this layout is not cleared for even registration too. So no banks will give loans and no registration possible too. If you are still interested in sites around this area i can suggest a few i know of .
