What is the current status of SRR Wimbledon project?
Q: We have been telling that project will be launched soon soon soon for last two years., but never had happened, not sure about the progress. How is it getting on in terms of launching and the price details ? Answer to the question with no buts.

Latest Answer: For us they are saying this from last 5 years.....sometime they say political issues, sometimes they say government issues etc etc etc.....don't know exactly what is going on but then intrestingly i see this project is advertised in this site on 07th Nov 2013, it says it is approved by BDA....confused and curious to know what is going on exactly....

Is the apartment BDA approved how much is initial payment?

Q: Has any one bought a plot in this project. What is the price? How reliable SRR group? Any feedback from previous projects? Is this project free of litigations / leagal issues? Has it got all required approvals?

Q: Hi i am interested in buying a plot at SRR Wimbledon ASAP. But i hear the project is not approved by Govt.yet. If so, what are the chances of project getting approved and is it safe to buy now ? I guess for now, no bank loans too? Kindly any one can advice me ....I'm a genuine buyer ...

Latest Answer: Hi, Its the same with us. They have kept on giving excuses on the approval and no improvement on the status of the project. Worried now
