Q: A propsective buyer, I want to inquire about ground realities about the apartment complex.
Visited yesterday, and I have a few questions, since I read lot of negative publicity about the complex.

- what about the approach road ?
- access to groceries/daily needs kind of shops nearby ?
- what about security in the nearby area ?
