Hi all, I have also booked a villa there. It looks very good to me. But don't know when people will start staying here. I heard that they are not able to sell the row houses, that may delay the project. ANy comments

it is very good. You may guide me about the locality for shopping, grocery etc and connecting road to Whitefield ITPL, KR Puram market etc.

Hi Mrinal,

Yes, I have booked a Villa. Project wise it looks pretty good, documents are clear and the builder is also decent. You should first visit the project and check out if the location suits you.
