Q: I am planning to buy a row house at Pruksa Silvana.. Can anyone tell me whether what will happen to proposed 24 m wide highway proposed by BMRDA and is this is a good investment?
Pruksa Silvana is one of the prime residential developments in Budigere neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the ongoing projects of Pruksa India Housing Pvt Ltd. The project is beautiful with 2 Blocks and around 438 Houses. It offers 3bhk row houses and independent villas..
Anoop I haev seen the project however what about the proposed 24 meter road which marketing people are saying might come 15 years down the line or so .... so do you haev any idea on this ?
Udyant, Pruksha is really a concrete jungle. You will feel the hot only, if you start living there. And employees are not so much co-operative. There is no road coming up there. The real proposed 300 feet peripheral ring road is on Nh 207,thats after tollgate. And the other road widening which is in plan,is Huskur road,which connects to International Airport road again. I have heard that it is happening within 3 years. If you are thinking of 15 years time span it will develop like a good city without any big Infra . But in pruksha no alterations can be done that is the major disadvantage. For that reason only my friend withdrew the booking and he stopped me buying there. We went with other builder.
Yes,I agree with you Mr.Rajan.I have visited the project last week. The rowhouses look very conjusted. No balconies,No open space.If the 24 feet road comes there the life would be pathetic there.You will be exactly on the on the road.I have seen some other project also. It looks quite good. You got serene atmosphere there. And comparatively near to the highway.
Hi Udyant, I think it is a good investment as it is near to airport.. It is close to NH7 and Old Madras Road.. No idea about proposed 24 m wide highway... But without that also it is worth..
