Proprty in Aarohi good idea ?

Q: Hello members,

I was thinking about buying some property in Aarohi Society Pune but was worried to read some blogs about the delays in project progress, differences between builder and society people over floors allowed etc. One gentleman also warned/suggested not to be surprised if the project gets any stay order from court.

Can anybody share their contact numbers so that we can talk in person ?

I just booked a 3BHK in E building and the experience was good overall. I think the value for money whihc one is getting from this project is far more decent than many others. Some members are having problems with the builder and so on but this is the case with every project today. Atleast the builder has been receptive to the comments and not created any issues - if you go to the so called more reputed builders who are charging like anything in Baner etc the builder would ask you to f@#$ off for writing such comments.

All in all I think if one is looking at investment as well as livability I think it is a good idea.
