Hey., why always all builder do the same thing.. Same thing happened to me. I booked a flat...now its on hold..delayed for another 6 months.

    The builder has delayed the possession for phase 2 for more than a year. How is the builder compensating for that? They should at least compensate for the loss of interest or rental. I am going to talk to the management. The initial feedback I got is not encouraging. If reuired I will go to consumer court too. Other aggreived people are welcome to join.
